Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” (John 11:25-26)
Just think that on one Christmas morn the Son of God as man was born;
Descending from the Father’s throne to live and die for everyone.
He came to live a sinless life amid our darkness, filth, and strife,
To take upon Himself our sin so all of us could live again.
For in the power of that one life that shepherds saw one star-lit night,
A way was opened into heaven, and in His life, true life was given.
Do you believe the angel’s song, that Shepherds saw and passed along,
That in that manger, meek and mild, was God’s own son, the saving child?
